After your registration, we do a screening. This includes a review of your cv, diploma's and references. if we see a match with a job, we arrange a skype interview to get to know each other.
Knowing candidate
We like to know why you want to work and live in specific country and which challenges you are looking for in your new job. We also like to hear your personal interests. Our goal is not just a match with a job but also a match with new colleagues. Any questions? Don't hesitate to ask them!
Introducing candidate to our client – skype call and interview
Are we both convinced about a match? In that case we are ready to introduce you to our client. The first interview is via Skype. if our client subsequently is interested in a face-to-face interview, we arrange your flight and stay in the Netherlands. Together we prepare your interview.
Offer letter from our client
Congratulations, you get the job! We arrange your contract and work permission. We also support your relocation process and introduce you to the do's and don'ts in the specific country.
Paperwork and onboarding
We support you during your stay in the Country. We will even find you a 'buddy' within your new company. One of your new colleagues who would love to make you feel at home at your new company and in our country. And of course, you can always contact your Europe Recruiter personal assistant.
